Product Review: Advanced Probiotic by Number One Nutrition

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
Hello beautiful people! Welcome to a lovely new week, June is officially half over and I only have another 3.5 grueling weeks of missing my babies before they come home! I’m excited to bring you two product reviews this week, starting off with the lovely probiotic sent to me by Number One Nutrition. I know I shared on Facebook last month that I was going to be getting this and how excited I was to try it out and review it, so here goes!

I opted into this promotion for two reasons, I’d heard that probiotics were really good for digestive health, which is something I’ve struggled with since having kids. I suspect that after pregnancy and childbirth, the body’s systems just are really junky at regulating themselves. Or maybe I can I definitely can just blame myself for just eating junky stuff all the time. It’s true! I love veggies and fruits, but I definitely also love candy, donuts, cake, meat and dairy. So instead of giving up all the things I love, although I have been trying a bit of moderation, I’ve been adding a daily multivitamin to my diet as well as trying out this probiotic.

Now, Advanced Probiotic by N1N is not only marketed to help regulate your digestion, they’re also intended to support your mood and possibly provide accelerated weight loss if you’re eating right (which I don’t, so I can’t be helped there.) While taking this though, I definitely saw an improvement in my mood, mostly because it helped my gut bloat and the discomfort I would feel after eating an ounce-too-big steak. I’m not sure how it has affected my overall immune system, but given that I’ve been spending the last four weeks adjusting to a new climate and I haven’t experienced an influx of allergies or gotten that nasty head-cold I usually get when I go somewhere new, I’d say it’s working pretty well.

The bottle has 60 capsules in it and you’re supposed to take 2 a day, but I’ll fully admit that I’ve accidentally forgot a few days and when I started it, I only took 1 per day for the first four days, just so my body wouldn’t get too shocked with good feels. Each serving provides about 10.12 billion organisms of probiotic bacteria, which, I know sounds disgusting, but that’s what a probiotic is. And it’s a good kind of bacteria.

Also, it’s important to note that the company follows a strict 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee policy, so if you’re not seeing an overall improvement in your digestive health, you can let them know and they’ll refund you! Not only that, they’ll send you another bottle to try out so that if your body just needs a little longer to reap the benefits, you’ll get that time.

I definitely recommend trying this if you’re seeking an improvement in your digestive health and your energy and mood. I’ve enjoyed seeing what this product can do for me and I definitely will keep using it.

Do you take a daily supplement? Why? Have you seen improvement?

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
